Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Mockwear mobile application (the "App") provided by Harshit Tyagi ("we", "us", or the "Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Acceptance of Terms
Your use of the App constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any future amendments. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
License to Use the App
Subject to your continuing compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense any part of the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Use the App in a manner that violates any applicable law or the rights of others.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or the servers and networks that support it.
- Use the App to transmit harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable content.
In-App Purchases
The App may offer optional digital content, features, or subscriptions for purchase ("In-App Purchases"). All In-App Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play under their respective terms. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
All In-App Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the App Store or Google Play issues a refund under their own policies. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund amounts already paid.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Harshit Tyagi and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of applicable jurisdictions. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Services
The App may use or link to third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by the terms of the respective provider:
We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party service.
Internet, Devices, and Updates
Some features of the App require a working Internet connection. You are responsible for any data charges incurred by your network provider. You are also responsible for keeping your device powered and updated; we cannot be held responsible if the App fails to function because your device runs out of battery, loses connectivity, or runs an unsupported operating system version.
We may release updates to the App from time to time. Updates may add, modify, or remove features and may be required to continue using the App.
Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that the App will meet your requirements, operate uninterrupted, or be error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Harshit Tyagi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Harshit Tyagi and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the App after revisions become effective means you accept the new Terms.
